TurningPointe has worked in the federal sector since 1999 on issues related to communications, marketing, leadership, strategy, improved teaming, workforce quality and solvency. TurningPointe’s founder, Kelly O’Brien, is on faculty for three federal leadership development programs. When not creating successful solutions for clients, Kelly is involved in the arts.
